Botox is useful for reducing lines on forehead and sides of eyes. ~ Forehead area is divided in to 2 areas, middle and top - frown lines ~ Sides of eyes - laughter lines or crows feet. Botox is also useful for lip (smokers) lines, and excessive perspiration on hands and underarms. Injections are usually painless, slight discomfort. Works within a few days and last 3-6 months. Side-effects include discomfort, tingling and slight swelling at site of injections. In some cases there can be a temporary drooping of the eyelids for several days.
